At KROMA we respect your privacy. This notice describes what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in line with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. The Spanish version prevails for legal purposes.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We never collect or store bank card details: payments are processed directly by Mercado Pago.

  • Full name.
  • Email address and phone number.
  • Shipping address (street, number, neighborhood, city, state, postal code and country).
  • Account data (email and encrypted password) if you register.
  • Order history, shopping cart and preferences (language, currency, size system).

3. How we use your data

We do not sell or share your data for third-party advertising.

  • Processing, preparing and shipping your orders.
  • Sending you order status emails (confirmation, shipping and delivery) and, if you left products in your cart, one reminder.
  • Handling your questions, comments and warranty claims.
  • Keeping your account, cart and preferences on the site.

4. Who we share your data with

We only share the strictly necessary data with: Mercado Pago (to process your payment), shipping carriers and logistics providers (to deliver your order), and Resend (to send our emails). These third parties may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep your session, cart, language and currency. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your rights (ARCO)

You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, and revoke your consent, by emailing kromaoficial6@gmail.com with the subject "Personal data". We respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

7. Security and retention

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your data (password encryption, secure HTTPS connections, restricted access). We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to meet tax and legal obligations.
