1. Who we are

KROMA is a Mexican online store selling elite football cleats from brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Mizuno and New Balance, shipping to Mexico and internationally.

2. Products and authenticity

Every pair we sell is 100% authentic. Brand photos, names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for descriptive sales purposes only.

We do our best to display colors and details accurately; minor variations may occur depending on your screen.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). The site may show prices converted to other currencies (USD, EUR, etc.) for reference only: the final charge is always made in MXN at your bank's or payment method's exchange rate.

Prices and availability may change without notice. The applicable price is the one shown when you confirm your payment.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Mercado Pago (credit and debit cards, OXXO and SPEI). KROMA never stores your card details.

Your order is confirmed only once the payment is approved. OXXO or SPEI orders are reserved for a limited time until payment is confirmed.

5. Order confirmation and processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order immediately goes into preparation with our warehouse and suppliers. For that reason, it cannot be cancelled or modified (size, model or address) after payment confirmation.

It is your responsibility to check the size (we provide CM, US and EUR guides), model and shipping address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will try to help if the order has not been processed yet, without this being an obligation.

6. Shipping

We ship to Mexico and other countries. Estimated delivery time is 20 to 30 calendar days from payment confirmation. This is an estimate: factors outside KROMA's control (customs, carriers, weather, holidays) may affect it.

Shipping is free on orders from $999 MXN; smaller orders ship for $199 MXN. Every shipment includes a tracking number, which we share when your order leaves the warehouse.

The delivery address is the customer's responsibility. If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, reshipment costs are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty, returns and refunds

All sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, taste or change of mind. The only exception is the warranty for factory defects or transit damage, described in our Warranty & Refunds page, which is part of these terms.

If your order does not arrive within a maximum of 45 calendar days from payment confirmation, we refund 100% of your purchase.

8. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for all activity under it. KROMA will never ask for your password by email, messages or social media.

9. Limitation of liability

KROMA is not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties (carriers, customs, payment processors) nor by force majeure. Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to consumer rights before PROFECO.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms at any time; the current version is the one published on this page with its update date.
